FIRM HISTORY AND OVERVIEW

Building Science + Architecture Ltd. was incorporated in August of 2003.  Previously called Building Science Specialists Ltd., there was a change of ownership, and with this came a change in name.  Bob Passmore, MAAA, MAIBC, MRAIC, is the owner and sole shareholder. 

This firm has drawn together the skills and knowledge of highly experienced individuals with disparate backgrounds to provide a unique and comprehensive knowledge of building science principles and their practical application. The people here take pride in knowing that we facilitate the design and construction of building systems that will be more durable, safe, efficient and healthy.
